Job Summary
Supporting the recruitment process, the part-time Recruiting Coordinator will assist with candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, and managing applicant tracking in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate record-keeping
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Experience in recruiting or human resources is a plus
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems or similar software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with remote work tools and communication platforms
