Job Summary
To support a growing Talent Acquisition team, the remote Recruiting Coordinator will manage job requisitions, ensure data integrity in recruiting systems, and assist with onboarding processes while collaborating with hiring managers and internal teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor team inbox and upload job requisitions into iCIMS, ensuring data accuracy
- Manage up to 10 job requisitions, coordinating candidate flow and onboarding processes
- Draft job postings and maintain organized records in the HR shared folder
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role within a large company
- SHRM or other HR certifications are a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ability to learn new platforms quickly
- Strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within the HR team
