Job Summary
Supporting the Talent Acquisition team, the part-time Recruiting Coordinator will manage interview scheduling, ensure a seamless candidate experience, and maintain accurate tracking of candidates within the Applicant Tracking System while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate logistics with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers
- Act as the primary point-of-contact for candidates regarding interview schedules and modifications
- Maintain timely tracking of candidates in the Applicant Tracking System and support recruiting events
Required qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- 1+ years of professional work experience
- Experience with Google Products and navigating an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Customer-focused with a strong ability to build relationships
- Meticulously attentive to detail
