Job Summary

Supporting the Talent Acquisition team, the part-time Recruiting Coordinator will manage interview scheduling, ensure a seamless candidate experience, and maintain accurate tracking of candidates within the Applicant Tracking System while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate logistics with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers
  • Act as the primary point-of-contact for candidates regarding interview schedules and modifications
  • Maintain timely tracking of candidates in the Applicant Tracking System and support recruiting events
Required qualifications
  • BA/BS degree
  • 1+ years of professional work experience
  • Experience with Google Products and navigating an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Customer-focused with a strong ability to build relationships
  • Meticulously attentive to detail
