Job Summary
Supporting talent acquisition in a remote capacity, the full-time Recruiting Coordinator will manage candidate sourcing activities, coordinate interview logistics, and ensure effective communication throughout the hiring process within a healthcare IT consulting organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to Talent Acquisition operations projects and process improvement initiatives
- Manage candidate inquiries and maintain professional communication throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics while maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, administrative support, or human resources
- Proficiency in scheduling tools, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office products
- Experience sourcing candidates for technical or consulting roles preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in healthcare, healthcare IT, or professional services preferred
