Job Summary
To support a high-volume hiring period, the remote Recruiting Coordinator will manage interview logistics, proactively source candidates, and maintain candidate records during a 6-month contract.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through various sourcing channels and maintain talent pipelines
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
- Manage job requisitions and support offer processes, including drafting offer letters and coordinating background checks
Required qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or a related HR/Talent Acquisition role
- Experience with an ATS such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar
- Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple calendars and priorities
- Discretion in handling confidential candidate and business information
