Recruiting Coordinator Intern

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Skillbridge Extern - Recruiting Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate interviews with General Managers and Area Managers
• Manage candidate pipelines and requisitions using Workday ATS
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must be an Active-duty service member eligible for the DOD SkillBridge Program within 180 days of separation
• Pre-approval from Chain of Command to participate in the internship lasting at least 120 days
• Familiarity with recruiting or administrative functions is a plus
• Experience with Workday or other ATS platforms is a bonus
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
