Job Summary
Supporting the transition of service members, the full-time Recruiting Coordinator Intern will receive hands-on training in Talent Acquisition, focusing on high-volume retail hiring and gaining experience in interview coordination, HR systems, and candidate communication in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate candidate interviews with General Managers and Area Managers while managing multiple schedules across time zones
- Utilize Workday ATS to manage candidate pipelines, post jobs, and maintain accurate records
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear communication and a positive interview experience
Required qualifications:
- Active-duty service member eligible for the DOD SkillBridge Program within 180 days of separation
- Pre-approval from Chain of Command to participate in the internship lasting at least 90 days
- Familiarity with recruiting or administrative functions is a plus
- Experience with Workday or other ATS platforms is a bonus
- Passion for supporting Veterans, Military, and First Responder communities
