Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Generalist to join their Talent Acquisition team, focusing on sourcing and securing top-tier talent across multiple functions and countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including partnering with hiring managers, designing interview plans, and overseeing candidate evaluations
  • Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment journey, building relationships and advocating for their needs
  • Utilize data and analytics to enhance recruitment strategies and present hiring metrics to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of high-volume, full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced or startup environment
  • Experience recruiting across multiple countries or international markets is strongly preferred
  • Proven success in hiring for diverse functions including clinical, operations, corporate, and technical roles
  • Proficiency in Greenhouse ATS and familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack and GSuite
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices, talent market trends, and DEI principles
