Recruiting Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Lead (Contract) to drive talent sourcing and pipeline efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Own sourcing strategy and execution across open roles, partnering with stakeholders to build strong candidate pipelines
• Find, engage, and activate candidates through various sourcing methods and channels
• Lead candidate introductions and screening calls, documenting and sharing feedback with Hiring Managers

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, full-cycle recruiting, or a similar role, preferably in a technology company or startup
• Proven track record building pipelines across multiple functions including Marketing, Creative, Sales, and/or Tech
• Hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
