Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Lead to manage hiring across various business functions and develop scalable hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for business, GTM, operations, finance, and senior leadership roles
  • Build and execute outbound sourcing strategies and coordinate structured interview loops
  • Analyze funnel metrics and lead the TA team to ensure alignment on hiring standards and processes
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in business, GTM, or leadership hiring
  • Experience in building or improving hiring processes and frameworks
  • Strong sourcing instincts with the ability to manage high-volume outbound recruiting
  • Highly organized and data-driven, with a focus on identifying and fixing funnel issues
  • Exposure to fintech, AI, or platform-focused companies is preferred
