Recruiting Lead

Job Summary

To drive innovative recruiting strategies, the full-time Sourcing and Recruiting Lead will manage the recruitment process, partner with leadership to understand hiring needs, and enhance the candidate experience in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the recruiting strategy across all teams
• Build and maintain proactive sourcing pipelines for both active and passive candidates
• Track and report recruiting metrics to ensure visibility into pipeline health and performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Proven success sourcing and closing candidates for technical and non-technical roles
• Expertise in building and optimizing recruiting pipelines and processes
• Proficiency with ATS systems and technical sourcing tools
