Recruiting Lead

Job Summary

Owning the full-cycle recruiting process for all US roles, the full-time Recruiting Lead will manage job requisitions, candidate sourcing, and onboarding logistics in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruiting for US roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact to hiring
• Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintain job postings, and coordinate interview processes
• Facilitate new-hire logistics and collaborate with the IL Ops Manager on onboarding initiatives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a startup or high-growth tech environment
• Hands-on experience managing the entire recruiting process from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Ability to operate independently as the sole US recruiter and build processes from the ground up
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and/or Ashby (ATS) is preferred
