Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Sourcing and Recruiting Lead will manage recruiting strategies, partner with leadership to design hiring plans, and build proactive sourcing pipelines remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and evolve the recruiting strategy across all teams
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to design targeted hiring plans
- Build and maintain proactive sourcing pipelines for both active and passive candidates
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Proven success sourcing and closing candidates for technical and non-technical roles
- Expertise in building and optimizing recruiting pipelines and processes
- Proficiency with ATS systems and technical sourcing tools
