Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Manager to lead and grow the recruiting function for hiring legal process servers across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of high-volume recruiters
  • Set clear goals and KPIs and ensure the team meets daily and weekly expectations
  • Oversee day-to-day recruiting activity to ensure strong candidate pipelines
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or team-lead role
  • Experience in high-volume, metric-driven recruiting
  • Experience using ATS/CRM systems to manage pipelines at scale
  • Highly organized and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach
