Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute end-to-end recruiting for various roles including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of recruiting experience, particularly in high-growth SaaS or technology companies
- Experience recruiting across geographies and time zones
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to guide decisions
- Comfort operating as a player/coach in a fast-paced environment
