Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Own hiring outcomes for assigned non-clinical care areas, including pipeline health and quality of hire

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle hiring in high-growth environments
- Prior experience managing or mentoring recruiters with a proven track record of team performance improvement
- Experience hiring for operations or customer-facing roles at scale
- Comfortable using data and metrics to manage pipeline health and prioritize work
- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment, balancing structure and speed
