Qualifications & Requirements

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Preferred: Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Required: 5+ years of experience in recruiting or a related role
• Preferred: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software
• Preferred: HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP)
