Job Summary
Leading the talent acquisition function, the full-time Recruiting Manager will develop and execute recruiting strategies, oversee the recruiting team, and manage a portfolio of priority roles, including senior leadership and technical positions, in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing recruiting team while managing full-cycle recruitment for priority roles
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract top talent across technical and non-technical positions
- Ensure effective execution of recruiting processes and maintain compliance with company policies and employment laws
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 10-12 years of recruiting experience, including 4 years in a management role; or a Master's degree with 8-10 years of experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and web-based recruiting tools
- Experience managing the full recruiting lifecycle for both technical and non-technical positions
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
