Job Summary

As a player-coach, the full-time remote Recruiting Manager will own and drive hiring across key parts of the non-clinical care teams, leading a team of recruiters while actively participating in the execution of critical roles.

Key responsibilities
  • Own hiring outcomes for assigned areas, focusing on pipeline health, time to fill, and quality of hire
  • Manage and develop a team of recruiters and contractors, providing coaching and support for strong execution
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to scope roles and drive efficient hiring processes, while utilizing data to monitor performance and identify gaps
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience with full-cycle hiring in high-growth environments
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring recruiters, with a track record of improving team performance
  • Experience hiring for operations or customer-facing roles at scale
  • Strong ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable using data and metrics to manage pipeline health and drive outcomes
