Job Summary
Owning the hiring process for non-clinical care teams, the remote Recruiting Manager will lead a team of recruiters, manage hiring outcomes, and ensure effective execution on critical roles while also driving team performance.
Key responsibilities
- Own hiring outcomes including pipeline health, time to fill, and quality of hire for assigned areas
- Manage and develop a team of recruiters and contractors, providing coaching and support for strong execution
- Partner with Hiring Managers to scope roles and drive efficient hiring processes
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with full-cycle hiring in high-growth environments
- Prior experience managing or mentoring recruiters with a track record of improving team performance
- Experience hiring for operations or customer-facing roles at scale
- Strong ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in fast-paced environments
- Experience operating in a startup or scale-up environment
