Job Summary
To support rapid growth, the full-time Recruiting Manager will lead the full-cycle sales recruiting strategy for a nationwide sales force, focusing on sourcing elite sales talent and optimizing the talent pipeline in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and elevate the recruiting function to meet aggressive hiring goals
- Build and execute strategic recruiting plans for high-volume sales and 1099 roles
- Screen candidates for skill fit, sales acumen, and cultural alignment while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Required qualifications
- Proven success leading recruiting efforts in a high-volume sales environment
- Experience in merchant services and a strong understanding of payment processing
- Experience recruiting 1099 sales professionals
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of full-cycle sales recruiting experience
