Job Summary

To support a growing sales organization, the full-time Recruiting Manager will lead the full-cycle recruiting strategy for high-volume sales roles, focusing on sourcing elite talent and optimizing the talent pipeline in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and elevate the recruiting function to meet aggressive hiring goals
  • Build and execute strategic recruiting plans for high-volume sales and 1099 roles
  • Screen candidates for skill fit, sales acumen, and cultural alignment while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Required qualifications
  • Proven success leading recruiting efforts in a high-volume sales environment
  • Experience in merchant services and a strong understanding of payment processing is preferred
  • 3-5 years of full-cycle sales recruiting experience
  • 1-2 years in a leadership or senior recruiting role managing people or a department
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms (ADP WorkforceNow preferred)
