Recruiting Manager

Job Summary

To support talent acquisition efforts in the West region, the full-time FLEX Market Recruiter will drive recruitment strategies, manage the full recruitment lifecycle for property management positions, and build strong partnerships with hiring leaders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic talent advisor to Hiring Managers, leveraging market intelligence and recruiting metrics to inform hiring decisions
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines in collaboration with Talent Sourcing Specialists
• Manage and coordinate the interview and offer processes, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 4+ years of professional experience or 8+ years of professional experience
• Knowledge of recruiting, labor market trends, and talent mapping
• Ability to leverage data and analytics to inform recruiting strategies
• Experience negotiating employment offers and managing candidate expectations
• Recruiting experience in an agency/search firm or highly matrixed business environment preferred
