Recruiting Manager

Job Summary

As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, the full-time FLEX Market Recruiter will drive talent acquisition strategies for property management positions in the East region, supporting Marriott's business objectives while working remotely and building strong partnerships with hiring leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic talent advisor to Hiring Managers and HR partners, leveraging market intelligence and recruiting metrics
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines in collaboration with Talent Sourcing Specialists
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the offer process

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 4+ years of professional experience or 8+ years of professional experience
• Knowledge of recruiting, labor market trends, and talent mapping
• Experience negotiating employment offers and managing candidate expectations
• Ability to leverage data and analytics to inform recruiting strategies
• Experience in a highly matrixed business environment or agency/search firm preferred
