Job Summary

To lead a team of 7 process server recruiters, the full-time Recruiting Manager will design and implement sourcing strategies across diverse state markets, utilizing AI for candidate screening and engagement while ensuring strong performance and autonomy within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage sourcing strategies tailored to varied state and local markets
• Lead and coach a team of recruiters, setting goals and conducting performance check-ins
• Utilize AI for candidate screening and engagement, identifying coverage gaps proactively

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Hands-on experience using AI for operational data analysis and sourcing decisions
• Experience in designing AI-assisted screening frameworks
• Proven ability to develop and manage a sourcing strategy and budget
• Background in high-volume, metric-driven recruiting, particularly in gig work or logistics
