Recruiting Manager

Job Summary

To build a dedicated recruiting function, the full-time Recruiting Manager will manage the entire hiring process for Amazon and eCommerce talent, focusing on outbound sourcing, candidate screening, and optimizing the ATS while working remotely from any location.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including role kickoff, sourcing strategy, and interview design
• Develop target lists and execute outreach strategies to attract senior Amazon operators who are not actively job-hunting
• Screen candidates and provide trusted recommendations to partners, maintaining a clean and efficient ATS process

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, with at least two years managing full-cycle recruitment independently
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to discuss metrics related to recruitment funnels
• Proven experience in outbound sourcing and building candidate lists from scratch
• Hands-on experience configuring and managing an ATS, with Breezy experience being a plus
• Excellent written English skills for effective candidate outreach
