Recruiting Manager

Job Summary

Leading a small, globally distributed recruiting team, the full-time Recruiting Manager will drive end-to-end recruiting processes for various roles while partnering closely with business leaders and coaching recruiters in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end recruiting for roles across Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and G&A
• Partner with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and advise on talent market dynamics
• Manage, coach, and develop a global recruiting team, ensuring consistent quality and candidate experience

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company
• Experience managing and leading a small team
• Proven ability to operate as a player-coach in a fast-paced environment
• Experience recruiting across multiple geographies and time zones
• Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to guide decisions
