Recruiting Manager

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing recruiting team, the full-time Recruiting Manager will manage critical and executive-level searches, develop hiring strategies, and optimize recruiting operations while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Partners to enhance recruiting performance and culture
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-impact roles, partnering with senior leadership to define hiring strategies
• Serve as the primary administrator for the Applicant Tracking System (Ashby), driving process optimization and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in digital marketing or technology
• 2+ years of experience managing recruiters or talent acquisition teams
• Proven success in recruiting for specialized roles, including executive positions
• Experience with advanced sourcing strategies and ATS management, particularly with Ashby
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior leaders
