Recruiting Manager, Global Operations

Job Summary

Leading a team of recruiters while personally managing complex senior-level searches, the full-time Recruiting Manager, Global Operations will operate in a hybrid role that combines strategic leadership with hands-on recruiting efforts, ensuring exceptional candidate experiences and alignment with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters, maintaining high performance standards and candidate experience
• Personally conduct end-to-end searches for senior and executive-level roles within Global Operations
• Serve as a strategic talent advisor to senior business leaders, translating hiring needs into actionable recruiting strategies

Required qualifications

• 9+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a track record of leading senior-level searches
• At least 2 years of experience managing and developing a team of recruiters
• Deep functional expertise in a Global Operations sub-function, such as Customer Support or Trust & Safety
• Strong data orientation with the ability to interpret metrics and translate insights into action
• Proficiency with enterprise recruiting and HRIS tools such as Greenhouse or Workday
