Job Summary
Managing the operational execution of enablement programs, the full-time remote Recruiting Enablement Operations Admin will lead content audits, oversee onboarding logistics, and maintain program data to support the Global Recruiting Enablement team.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the content audit and migration from legacy systems to Trailhead, ensuring accurate tracking and deactivation of outdated courses
- Manage the Global Recruiting Onboarding program, including logistics for Welcome Calls and updates to presentation materials
- Analyze learning metrics and develop communication strategies to enhance participation and inform program decisions
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning operations, recruiting operations, or enablement coordination
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams and meet deadlines
- Experience in analyzing program metrics such as registration and attendance rates
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
