Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to candidates and manage LinkedIn outreach
• Oversee the lifecycle of take-home assignments and maintain candidate profiles in the ATS
• Manage recruiter calendars and prioritize high-impact candidates for interviews

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in a fast-growth startup or high-volume agency environment preferred
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Experience in managing urgent and time-sensitive tasks effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
