Recruiting Operations Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting the High Touch customer segment, the full-time Recruiting Operations Consultant will deliver high-impact consulting, create educational content, and collaborate with various teams to enhance recruiting operations for mid-market customers in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact consulting through 1:1 engagements and paid consulting focused on recruiting strategy and operational best practices
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Professional Services to scope and deliver consulting engagements
• Translate consulting insights into scalable educational materials, including courses, guides, and webinars

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting operations, analytics, and process design
• Hands-on experience with recruiting software and a passion for supporting Talent Acquisition teams
• Ability to navigate and align diverse stakeholders on shared goals
• Experience in creating educational content and facilitating learning sessions
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to run projects from scoping to execution
