Recruiting Operations Contractor

Job Summary

Stepping in during a parental leave, the full-time Recruiting Operations Contractor will manage full-cycle hiring processes across the US and LATAM, oversee HR operations, and ensure smooth office management in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle hiring, including sourcing, screening, and managing interview processes
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, acting as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries
• Maintain office logistics and coordinate team events to foster a positive workplace culture

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting and/or people operations, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
• Proven ability to source and hire across various role types in both technical and GTM sectors
• Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, and sourcing tools such as Ashby, Justworks, and LinkedIn RecruiterLite
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently manage processes
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with hiring managers
