Job Summary
Stepping in during a parental leave, the full-time Recruiting Operations Contractor will manage full-cycle hiring processes across the US and LATAM, oversee HR operations, and ensure smooth office management in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle hiring, including sourcing, screening, and managing interview processes
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, acting as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries
- Maintain office logistics and coordinate team events to foster a positive workplace culture
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting and/or people operations, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
- Proven ability to source and hire across various role types in both technical and GTM sectors
- Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, and sourcing tools such as Ashby, Justworks, and LinkedIn RecruiterLite
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently manage processes
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with hiring managers
