Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Operations Coordinator to support key recruiting processes and enhance the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer the offer process, including drafting and tracking offer letters while ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines
  • Manage the employee referral workflow and maintain accurate documentation within internal systems
  • Coordinate requisition approvals and assist with job posting audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in HR or recruiting coordination, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Hands-on experience with offer processes and onboarding workflows
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment
