Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiting Enablement & Operations Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deliver scalable enablement programs to improve recruiter effectiveness and tool fluency
- Maintain documentation and training materials for recruiting processes and initiatives
- Identify and optimize inefficient workflows through tech-enabled solutions and automation
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, Program Management, or related People Enablement role
- Strong project and change management skills with a track record of driving process adoption
- Fluency in recruiting systems, preferably Ashby
- Experience building and scaling training programs across distributed teams
- Process-driven approach with strong analytical skills to inform decisions and measure impact
