Job Summary

Leading the operational engine behind hiring, the full-time remote Recruiting Operations Lead will design and implement scalable recruiting processes, manage the end-to-end ATS migration, and define key recruiting metrics to enhance hiring quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and implement high-quality recruiting processes across the hiring lifecycle, ensuring standards for interview structure and candidate experience
  • Lead the end-to-end ATS migration, including requirements definition, vendor management, and system configuration
  • Define and track key recruiting metrics while building dashboards to translate data into actionable insights for business decisions
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, Talent Operations, or a related function
  • Hands-on experience managing at least one ATS implementation or migration end to end
  • Proven ability to design and improve recruiting processes
  • Strong technical aptitude with recruiting systems, including workflow configuration and report building
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across levels and functions
