Job Summary

As a full-time remote Recruiting Operations Lead, the successful candidate will define and manage the operational processes behind hiring, oversee the migration to a new applicant tracking system, and ensure the implementation of high-quality recruiting standards and metrics.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable recruiting processes across the full hiring lifecycle
  • Lead the end-to-end ATS migration, including requirements definition and vendor management
  • Define and track key recruiting metrics, translating data into actionable insights for business decisions
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, Talent Operations, or a related function
  • Hands-on experience managing at least one ATS implementation or migration end to end
  • Proven ability to design and improve recruiting processes
  • Strong technical aptitude with recruiting systems and metrics frameworks
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across levels and functions
