Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Operations Manager who will enhance the Talent Acquisition Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and optimization of the recruiting tech stack and processes
• Analyze and improve talent acquisition processes using data and new tools
• Ensure data integrity and develop reports to support continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in recruiting, with 4+ years in recruiting operations
• 3+ years of experience with Greenhouse ATS
• Proven experience in change management and tool lifecycle management
• Proficiency in recruiting technologies and analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
