Job Summary
Seeking a highly analytical and strategic Recruiting Operations Manager, the full-time remote position will manage recruiting systems, reporting, process optimization, and workflow automation to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience in a rapidly growing Talent Acquisition organization.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic owner and administrator of Ashby ATS, including workflows and reporting
- Analyze funnel conversion and recruiter productivity to identify and implement operational improvements
- Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to design scalable recruiting processes supporting organizational growth
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, Talent Operations, or related fields
- Strong ATS administration experience; familiarity with Ashby preferred
- Advanced experience with recruiting analytics and operational metrics
- Proficiency in spreadsheet modeling and recruiting analytics tools
- Experience in presenting operational insights and process recommendations to leadership
