Job Summary

Owning the systems and processes that enhance talent acquisition, the full-time remote Recruiting Operations Manager will manage recruiting platforms, optimize vendor relationships, and improve operational workflows while supporting a growing recruiting team.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer and optimize recruiting platforms and manage vendor relationships across job boards
  • Document and improve recruiting workflows, ensuring compliance with operational standards
  • Track recruiting costs and metrics, developing dashboards for leadership reporting
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruiting operations or talent acquisition operations
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, preferably iCIMS
  • Demonstrated experience managing job board accounts and vendor relationships
  • Strong process orientation with the ability to document and improve workflows
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking recruiting metrics and costs
