Job Summary
Driving the systems infrastructure and process design, the full-time Recruiting Operations Manager will oversee the optimization of the recruiting tech stack, implement process improvements, and partner with analytics to enhance the hiring experience in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own administration, configuration, and optimization of the recruiting technology stack, ensuring data integrity and seamless workflows
- Design and implement process improvements to reduce recruiter friction and improve hiring velocity
- Collaborate with the Analytics team to define reporting requirements and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Required qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR technology, or business systems administration
- Hands-on expertise with modern ATS platforms, preferably Ashby, including configuration and workflow design
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and automation, including AI/ML tooling
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
- Systems thinking orientation to map dependencies across tools, teams, and processes
