Job Summary

Leading a global team of Recruiting Coordinators, the full-time Recruiting Operations Manager will oversee interview scheduling and coordination operations while optimizing processes to enhance the candidate experience in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performance global team of Recruiting Coordinators across multiple regions
• Oversee and improve interview scheduling and recruiting coordination operations for an exceptional candidate experience
• Design and implement scalable coordination processes and monitor key operational metrics for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, operations, or talent acquisition, with team leadership experience
• Proven experience managing global hiring operations across multiple regions
• Strong background in interview scheduling, coordination workflows, and ATS systems
• Experience in building or optimizing processes, KPIs, and operational metrics in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
