Recruiting Operations Program Manager

Job Summary

To build and optimize the interview ecosystem, the contract Recruiting Operations Program Manager will develop scalable systems, drive interviewer excellence, and leverage data insights while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Recruiting Operations PMO to plan and manage capacity across the interview program
• Execute operational initiatives to improve program efficiency and resolve bottlenecks
• Design and execute comprehensive onboarding and training programs for interviewers

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in operations, program management, or recruitment operations roles
• Proficient in data analytics, metrics development, and KPI tracking
• Experience leveraging AI tools for dashboard creation and data insights
• Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as Greenhouse or ModernLoop
• Knowledge of hiring bias mitigation and structured interviewing techniques
