Recruiting Operations Project Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Global Recruiting Enablement team, the fully remote Recruiting Operations Project Specialist will manage learning operations, onboarding programs, and content maintenance while executing content migration projects and analyzing learning metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding operations for recruiting teams, including learning assignments and communications
• Execute content migration projects from legacy learning platforms to Trailhead, including audits and updates
• Pull and analyze learning metrics to drive stakeholder communications and participation campaigns

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Learning Operations, Recruiting Operations, or related fields
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technologies
• Proficiency in pulling, analyzing, and reporting on learning or program metrics
• Experience with Trailhead, Workday, or similar platforms is preferred
