Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiting Operations Specialist who will support hiring efforts and ensure smooth recruiting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the migration and implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain candidate data integrity
- Coordinate interview scheduling and communicate with candidates regarding logistics and updates
- Document and update recruiting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative roles
- Tech-savvy with an eagerness to learn new software and assist with ATS migration
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
