Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized pre-interview information and manage LinkedIn outreach for candidates
• Oversee the lifecycle of take-home assignments and maintain candidate profiles in the ATS
• Manage recruiter calendars and prioritize high-impact candidates for interviews

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in a fast-growth startup or high-volume agency environment is preferred
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Experience with interview scheduling and logistics management
• Ability to automate and streamline processes effectively
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
