Recruiting Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the systems and processes that enhance talent acquisition, the full-time remote Recruiting Operations Specialist will manage recruiting platforms, control costs, and document workflows to ensure operational efficiency within the recruiting team.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimize recruiting platforms, managing vendor relationships and troubleshooting issues
• Document and improve recruiting workflows, ensuring compliance and accuracy in job postings
• Track recruiting costs and metrics, developing dashboards and identifying cost-saving opportunities

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in recruiting operations or talent acquisition operations
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, with a preference for iCIMS
• Experience managing job board accounts and vendor relationships
• Strong process orientation with the ability to document and improve workflows
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruiting metrics and costs
