Job Summary
Owning the systems and processes that enhance talent acquisition, the full-time remote Recruiting Operations Specialist will manage recruiting platforms, control costs, and document workflows to ensure operational efficiency within the recruiting team.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and optimize recruiting platforms, managing vendor relationships and troubleshooting issues
- Document and improve recruiting workflows, ensuring compliance and accuracy in job postings
- Track recruiting costs and metrics, developing dashboards and identifying cost-saving opportunities
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting operations or talent acquisition operations
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, with a preference for iCIMS
- Experience managing job board accounts and vendor relationships
- Strong process orientation with the ability to document and improve workflows
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruiting metrics and costs
