Job Summary
Thriving at the intersection of process, data, and people, the full-time remote Recruiting Operations Specialist will manage systems and workflows to enhance talent acquisition efficiency, improve candidate experience, and equip the recruiting team with essential tools and insights.
Key responsibilities
- Champion an AI-first approach to recruiting operations, enhancing workflow automation and candidate screening
- Build and maintain dashboards for real-time visibility into hiring metrics and partner with Finance for requisition tracking
- Audit and improve recruiting workflows, ensuring consistency and scalability from requisition creation through onboarding
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in Recruiting Operations or a similar HR operations role
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems; familiarity with Greenhouse and Workday is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Proven project management ability to drive multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
