Job Summary

Owning the operational infrastructure for recruiting and onboarding, the full-time Recruiting Operations Specialist will coordinate high-volume hiring processes, manage the ATS, and design a seamless onboarding experience, all while working remotely from North America.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruiting operations for multiple open roles, ensuring a consistent and efficient hiring experience
  • Design and manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires are well-prepared and supported from offer acceptance through their initial months
  • Maintain and optimize the recruiting tech stack, including the ATS and HRIS, while identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR coordination, or people operations in a fast-paced tech environment
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and HRIS systems, with a preference for familiarity with Ashby
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and open roles simultaneously
  • Experience in designing and improving HR systems and processes
  • Strong enthusiasm for leveraging AI and automation to enhance candidate experience and operational efficiency
