Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Partner to lead the hiring lifecycle and act as a strategic partner to Hiring Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define role requirements and develop hiring strategies in partnership with Hiring Managers
  • Manage the full recruiting process for multiple roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
  • Source candidates through various channels and maintain accurate records in recruiting systems
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in mission-driven or tech organizations
  • Proven success in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across various roles
  • Experience advising Hiring Managers and influencing decisions with data and insights
  • Strong understanding of equitable hiring practices and commitment to diversity and inclusion
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse or comparable ATS platforms and recruiting automation tools
