Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiting Partner to lead the hiring lifecycle and act as a strategic partner to Hiring Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Define role requirements and develop hiring strategies in partnership with Hiring Managers
- Manage the full recruiting process for multiple roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
- Source candidates through various channels and maintain accurate records in recruiting systems
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in mission-driven or tech organizations
- Proven success in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across various roles
- Experience advising Hiring Managers and influencing decisions with data and insights
- Strong understanding of equitable hiring practices and commitment to diversity and inclusion
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or comparable ATS platforms and recruiting automation tools
